Sunday, May 19th is the show and swap meet, 10AM to 3PM. This is a People’s Choice award show, so bring what you have and let the public judge your entry. All motorcycle entries must be at least 20 years old. All brands are welcome. They also have the Dennis Frye Trophy that is presented by OVM president to the owner of the bike he feels is the best of show.

Food concessions available. They are expecting approximately 150 motorcycles on the green with 1,250 visitors.
Every person entering the grounds will be charged $5.00 and get their hand stamped. The only exception is twelve year olds and younger get in free with paying adult.
If you wish to show a bike or bikes you have to be a registered club member. Download, print and complete the Membership Application Form and mail in your payment by check OR bring your stamped hand from the entry gate with $15 to the registration desk on the day of the show (Sunday). This will allow you to become a club member and to show as many of your motorcycles as you wish. Membership will also allow you a free vendor space at the show if you choose to sell on show day. Membership includes a bi-monthly newsletter and entry into club meetings and activities.
Vendors will be able to rent a space, 20 feet wide and approximately 10 feet deep, around the outside of the show field on a first come basis for $20. Rented spaces must contain motorcycle related products. Keep in mind that this is a family type show. Vendor fees will be collected during the show by the show chairman.
Camping at the Benton County Fairgrounds
Benton County runs the camping at the fairgrounds, so it is a separate fee. We have worked out a deal that our president will be collecting those fees in the campground from OUR CAMPERS for each night that you will be staying on site.
We run the show rain or shine. If we have sporadic showers we will still be on the green. If it is an all day downpour we have arranged a covered area.
I-5 to Corvallis exit. Follow signs to Philomath/Ocean Beaches. Look for signs just west of Corvallis pointing right toward fairgrounds. GPS – Benton County Fairgrounds Corvallis, Oregon. Map
